In addition, on a seasonally adjusted basis, 9.24% of all mortgages were delinquent (behind by at least one payment), up from 9.12% at the end of March, and just 6.41% at the end of June 2008.Both were records since the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) started keeping track back in 1972.
